Baraka Blue belongs to a new generation of Muslim cultural revolutionaries - grounded in spirituality, yet thoroughly contemporary.

For Baraka Blue, music is not a choice, it's a need, through which he expresses and mediates meaning, faith and his place in the world. In this special, intimate evening, Baraka Blue will share some of his more difficult, challenging and mystical work. He will explore what "meaningful expression" means to him and whether music and art can confront a world out of balance and help transform souls seeking solace. This will be an evening of uncomfortable questions and surprising answers, an opportunity to explore the creative process and the work of one of global Islam's rising cultural stars.
